The development of entrepreneurship is one of the important strategies in improving the economic welfare of village communities through optimizing local potential and strengthening the capacity of human resources. Socah Village, Socah District, Bangkalan Regency, has a variety of economic potentials based on agriculture, fisheries, small trade, and household businesses. However, this potential has not been optimally utilized due to low entrepreneurial literacy, limited business management, lack of product innovation, and low utilization of technology and access to capital. This community service activity aims to increase the economic capacity of the people of Socah Village through guidance and counseling for the development of entrepreneurship that is structured, participatory, and sustainable.The service method used is a participatory approach based on community development, which is carried out through the initial assessment stage, entrepreneurship education and counseling, technical training in business management, field assistance, business implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. The target of the activity includes MSME actors, productive housewives, village youth, and low-income community groups. The material provided includes strengthening entrepreneurial mindset, business planning, simple financial management, product innovation, digital marketing, and business network development.The results of the activity show an increase in people's entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, the growth of entrepreneurial motivation, the improvement of the quality of business management, and the start of the implementation of digital-based marketing. In addition, this activity encourages the formation of village business groups, increases community income, and strengthens economic independence based on local potential. Thus, guidance and counseling on entrepreneurship development has proven to be effective as an instrument for economic empowerment of village communities and contributes to sustainable local economic development
