Peer Review Process

Submitted manuscripts will be evaluated by anonymous reviewers through a blind peer review process for contribution, originality, relevance, and presentation. The editor will inform you of the review results as soon as possible, typically within 1-2 months. Please note that for manuscripts submitted to the Al-Falah: Empowerment Journal, the review process can take up to 3 months.

Reviewers examine manuscripts for quality and substance (not grammar), including freshness, originality, usability, and the validity of citations and bibliographies.

Reviewers receive manuscripts through a double-blind review (anonymous) conducted by the section editor or editorial secretariat. If the reviewer does not meet their competency, they have the right to reject the manuscript and recommend it to another, more competent reviewer. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two reviewers. The final decision on the manuscript rests with the editor.
